Photo Day Polish is designed to come after a Pre-Listing Consultation-once the Top 10 recommendations are complete, or substantially complete. This visit is the final, photo-focused styling sweep that helps your listing stand out from the first click.

This service is for homeowners who are staying in the home (not preparing to list) and want a fresh, functional reset. We’ll work side-by-side to edit, rearrange, and restyle using what you already own—then I’ll leave you with a simple plan so you can confidently finish the remaining touches at your own pace.
What’s Included:
